30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unworn, with original tags and in its original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error.Note: This policy applies only to orders placed through raymylo.com. If you purchased from an authorized retailer or another platform, please contact them directly for their return policy.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, email us at raymylo.store@outlook.com. If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and detailed return instructions.
Returns not requested in advance will not be accepted.

Order Cancellation
If you change your mind after placing an order, you may cancel it within 12 hours by contacting us at raymylo.store@outlook.com.
For custom-designed items, any changes must also be submitted within this 12-hour window. After that, the order will be processed as originally placed.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your package upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow extra time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, contact us at raymylo.store@outlook.com.
Refund Processing Time
Once your return is approved, we aim to initiate your refund within 1–2 business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 3–5 business days for the amount to appear in your account. In rare cases, it may take longer.
If you haven’t received your refund after a reasonable period, please contact us for support.
Refund Coverage & Return Shipping
a) If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, defective product):
We’ll cover the return shipping and issue a full refund.
b) If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., changed mind):
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
The refund amount will be adjusted to deduct any original shipping costs, even if the initial order qualified for free shipping.Note: If the return is caused by the customer, they are responsible for the shipping fee. The exact cost depends on the courier selected.
If the return is caused by Raymylo (wrong item or damage), the customer will not bear the return shipping cost.
